Bonjour, I am Liz! Please join me on my culinary adventure.
I have spent the last 27 years of my life as a Chief Marketing Officer working for large, corporate law firms. I turned 50 last year and happen to be a cancer survivor. I realized after much deliberation that life is too short, and that I was ready for a significant life change.
Not a mid-life crisis, but a mid-life epiphany!
Starting the end of June 2025, I will be attending culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris – yes, the home of my hero, Julia Child! I am obsessed with all things related to the culinary arts, and while nervous and apprehensive, I cannot wait to embark upon this journey.
Through this experience, I hope to be an inspiration to others later in their lives to embrace their passion and plan on creating curated, culinary-enriched experiences and educational opportunities for others with the same passion.

In addition to sharing what I learn at school, I plan on interviewing French chefs, developing recipes, sharing tips, and showing you all the wonderful markets, museums, shops, and restaurants France has to offer. Please come join me and my two kitties, Fifi and Sabrina, on my culinary adventure
